The second spring (1958-1966)

In April 1958, Hangzhou Municipal People's government decided to restore and rebuild WANGXINGJI fan factory. To recruit back the scattered fan makers and vigorously resume the traditional production, the "Samsung" brand was re opened, and Wang Xingji's sales department was opened in Hubin.

In September 1959, Wang Xingji fan factory was under the management of municipal handicraft Bureau. The varieties of fans have increased to 10, and the process fans, such as all brown 40 and 60 eggplant black paper fans, ivory fans, men's sandalwood fans and Xiangfei fans, which have been out of production for many years, have been restored. The development of the enterprise has shown its vitality.

In 1966, Hangzhou handicraft industry bureau was renamed as the Second Light Industry Bureau of Hangzhou, and WANGXINGJI fan factory became the direct subordinate factory.

In 1966, the plant site was relocated to Jiefang Road, Hangzhou. The scale of production and operation was further expanded and the development momentum was good.
